Videographers will be filming the event
We will be walking to a playlist of inspiring music, so if you are sensitive to sound we recommend bringing something to protect your ears.
The course is flat, smoothly paved, no hills, and lit with lamp-posts.
Bring an extra layer, and your weighted vest or backpack.
Water/beverages will be provided at the event.
Children under 13 are welcome to attend free of charge and do not need a ticket. Please note that swag bags will not be available for free attendees.
Parents, we encourage you to use your discretion, as our speakers will be discussing sex trafficking and related topics. If you feel more comfortable stepping out with your children during the speaker portion and joining us afterward for the night ruck, that works - we’re glad to have you participate in whatever way works best for your family.
Littles are free to attend with parents and must remain in their stroller/front pack.
Please note the volume of the music is similar to an outdoor concert so please bring something to protect their ears.
Childcare will not be provided.
The night ruck course will be the loop around McEuen Park. The size of the loop is similar to a high school track. There will be cones and signs set up around the course. The course loop is a very smooth, flat, paved surface and has lighting throughout the area. It will be dark outside and the path will be semi-lit so you can still see.

Anyone who can walk around Mceuen park for 75.6 minutes (with or without a weighted vest/backpack)
This event is primarily geared toward adults due to the speakers and topics being discussed. However, families are welcome to attend at their own discretion.
We recommend the event for ages 13 and up, but all ages are welcome. Please note that child care will not be provided.
Kids, toddlers, and babies are welcome as long as they remain in a stroller or front pack, or walk with you during the ruck.
Please also be aware that there will be music and speakers during the ruck. If needed, we recommend bringing appropriate hearing protection for young children.
YES!
Inside the pavilion we will have a designated area to store all your stuff (weighted vest, swag bag, stroller, extra gear, etc) this area will be well monitored by staff the entire night.
This event is for anyone of any fitness level. We just ask that you are able to walk for 75.6 minutes (with or without a weighted vest.)
